The site visit enables a thorough assessment, including a complete measured survey and photographic documentation. This information serves as the foundation for the subsequent design stages.
Step 4: Site Visit
The most exciting element to any architectural project is seeing the design come to life, through this stage it will be a combination of traditional approaches and modern CGI technology to bring your vision to life.
Step 5: Design Process
After finalising the proposal, we proceed to submit and liaise with the relevant authorities to secure your planning permission.

After obtaining planning permission, we dive into the intricate details and generate your complete set of working drawings. These drawings serve as the blueprint that contractors will utilise to construct your project.
Step 7: Building Regulations
Throughout the construction process, Goose will be present to check in regularly and ensure that everything is running smoothly and quality is being maintained.
Step 8: Construction
With construction completed, we conduct a final thorough check and address any remaining details during snagging. Once everything meets our standards, we give it the seal of approval.
